Reconfirm that wallet connection is available on PC and smartphone
Minting on the minting site is recommended for “PC.” Please make sure to confirm that you are able to connect to the wallet before participating. Regarding changes to wallet addresses
Please understand that after the announcement of the Allowlist winners, all wallet addresses at the time of application are registered in the system in advance, so it is not possible to update the wallet address at all.
Correspondence and compensation for purchases made outside of minting time
We will not be able to respond to requests for extensions of the minting period nor compensation for NFTs due to failure to purchase during the minting time for any reason whatsoever. Please make sure to check the minting time in advance and read the above preparation and precautions very carefully before the start of the minting, and please participate only if you understand everything.
Confirmation of Owned status
NFTs reflected in “Owned” may not be displayed immediately (usually up to 24 hours maximum), depending on the transaction processing situation.
If it does not appear for a while, please check the blockchain information, such as the ETG scan, and if you cannot confirm your purchase on the blockchain, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support.
